We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor/Planner to join our team at Motorhome Solar Ltd in Hamilton. This full-time role involves overseeing daily workshop operations, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and completed to a high standard.

• Schedule and assign daily jobs to technicians based on their skills and availability
• Supervise a team of 3-6 technicians, ensuring all work is completed within quoted timeframes
• Perform 10-20 hours per week of hands-on 12V installations, including solar controllers, batteries, inverters, and more
• Maintain quality control, ensuring all installations follow Motorhome Solar’s processes and standards
• Oversee health and safety standards in the workshop
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle handovers, job details, and updates

• Experience in 12V or 230V electrical installations (motorhome and caravan experience is a plus)
• Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience in a similar role, ideally in a workshop or field-based environment
